The retreat will be at the Valley View Seventh-Day Adventist Church on 1201 10th St NE, East Wenatchee, WA 98802

The retreat will be September 19-22, 2024

Outreach
Friday morning, we will be going door to door passing out literature. Our goal is to pass out 5000 books in a day! Make sure to bring comfortable walking shoes.
Sabbath afternoon we will go to several local assisted living facilities to brighten up their day with music and singing. Bring any instruments you'd like to play and be ready to play the piano if you are able!

Sabbath Admission
Sabbath programming is free Friday evening through Saturday evening. If you plan to attend during this time, you must complete a registration, and select the free Sabbath Only event ticket option.
There are no free meals provided on Sabbath. You can add meals to your registration if you wish to eat on Sabbath.
Cancelation Policy
Tickets are refundable. In case of cancellation, notify AYMNW as soon as possible and we will work on getting your ticket refunded.

$7 per meal

All meals are vegetarian and plant-based. We will be serving lunch and supper, but breakfast will be on your own.

Tent camping and dry RV camping is available at the church, please contact us if you would like to camp at the church.

Meetings
Music Opportunity
At our retreats, we make sure that everyone has a chance to be involved in music. If you would like to be involved in the choir, special music, meeting pianist, or song leader, please visit our get involved page. You are also welcome to play your instruments during the meetings, as well as join in a special time on Friday evening to sing together around the piano.
Volunteer Opportunity
One of the unique parts of AYM is the youth involvement in meetings. During the weekend, we encourage any youth who would like to participate in song service, scripture, or prayer, to sign up to be a part of the morning and evening meetings. You will also be blessed through talks during the meetings by various young people who are on fire for God.
